INSTRUCTIONS:
In a microwave, on a medium setting, simply place the bag next to a cup of water and heat until pleasantly warm (approx. 30 secs).
Do not use if the bag is too hot.
Place around your neck, shoulders and relax while it soothes and comforts.
Can be used as a cool pack. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Removable cover can be hand washed.
