INSTRUCTIONS:
In a microwave, on a medium setting, simply place the pillow next to a cup of water and heat until pleasantly warm (approx. 30sec).
Do not use if pillow is too hot.
Can be used as a cool pack. Place in the freezer for around 2 hours.
Removable linen cover can be hand washed.
