FULL TIME SHOP ASSISTANT - Published 30 July 2026

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Shop Assistant to join our small team at The Country Crib, 18a Cheap Street, Sherborne.

This is a permanent role for five days a week, including alternating weekends, starting with immediate effect. We will offer extensive product training; however, we need someone who can hit the ground running.

We are looking for someone who is polite, has a keen eye for detail, and shares our passion for excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, preferably in homeware and gardenware, and a good understanding of sustainable living.

We would expect candidates to have previously visited The Country Crib and understand “what we’re about.” There will be growth opportunities for the right person.
